मुख्यमंत्री शुभेंदु अधिकारी ने काम में लापरवाही करने वाले और दागदार अफसरों के खिलाफ एक्शन शुरू कर दिया है. चीफ मिनिस्टर ने तीन IPS अफसरों को सस्पेंड कर दिया. कोलकाता के पूर्व पुलिस कमिश्नर विनीत गोयल और डिप्टी कमिश्नर अभिषेक गुप्ता और इंदिरा मुखर्जी पर RG कर मेडिकल कॉलेज रेप केस की जांच में लापरवाही का आरोप है. शुभेन्दु अधिकारी ने इन तीनों अफसरों के खिलाफ डिपार्टमेंटल इन्क्वायरी के आदेश दिए हैं.
Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has initiated action against officials accused of negligence and those with tainted records. The Chief Minister has suspended three IPS officers. Former Kolkata Police Commissioner Vineet Goyal, Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Gupta, and Indira Mukherjee stand accused of negligence in the investigation of the RG Kar Medical College rape case. Suvendu Adhikari has ordered a departmental inquiry against these three officers.
