In this video I tried eating low carb and cutting out added sugar for 60 days to see what would actually happen to my body. When I started the video I planned on doing this challenge for 30 days, then quickly learned to see the best results you need to do it for longer. I tracked my weight, muscle composition, gym performance, and overall energy along the way.

This wasn’t just about getting smaller, it was about feeling stronger, more energized, and more in control of my habits.

And honestly… I did not expect what happened.

But the biggest thing I learned had nothing to do with carbs or sugar.

It was about systems.

Because most of us don’t struggle because we lack discipline, we struggle because no one teaches us how to design our lives in a way that makes healthy choices easier.

Hope you enjoy the video ❤️
