I'm using sheets of reinforced silicone baking mat that I got off Amazon. I'm using standard 100% silicone as the adhesive. Wait until the gel is below 150 ºF before putting it in the bags!
This video is specifically aimed at the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) hence the use of my persona. The most common injury we face in SCA combat are heat injuries. Use of PCMs underneath armor is a means of reducing these and improving safety and comfort.
