There have been numerous sightings of an unidentified floating object in the Puget Sound area.
It turns out that buoy, also known as Ocean-2, aims at creating clean and cheap energy. The prototype was created by Panthalassa, a startup company in Portland, Oregon.
Panthalassa's co-founder, Garth Sheldon-Coulson, said Ocean-2 was deployed off Everett Ship Repair almost a month ago to test and create clean renewable energy.
