3HP to 10HP – I Transformed My Aerox

Today we’re going back to my roots! We found a legendary 1998 Yamaha Aerox 50cc—the exact same scooter I started with 20 years ago. It was a complete barn find making only 3hp, but we had a plan: turn it into a 10hp stunt machine.

In this video, I walk you through the full Stage 1 build with my mechanic Tomaž. We’re upgrading everything from the engine and transmission to the styling and brakes. Does a 50cc scooter actually have enough power for wheelies after a few mods? You’re about to find out in the test ride!

Scooter tuning is where it all started for me, and seeing this Aerox rip again reminds me why 2-strokes are addictive. It’s affordable, simple, and insanely fun to tune.
